Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our textile/apparel business. The ideal candidate should ensure smooth operational flow, maintain efficiency in processes, and coordinate with different departments to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operational activities and ensure smooth functioning of the store/unit.
Coordinate with sales, inventory, and management teams.
Monitor operational performance and implement improvements.
Ensure proper stock management and inventory control.
Supervise staff and maintain discipline and productivity.
Ensure high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
