Job Summary
The Management Representative (MR) will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continually improving the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and other applicable standards. This role ensures the achievement of quality objectives by establishing coordination among the Production, Quality, Purchase, Stores, Maintenance, and other departments.
Key Responsibilities
Effective implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 and other applicable Management Systems.
Control of the Quality Manual, SOPs, Work Instructions, Formats, and Records.
Planning and conducting Internal Audits and preparing Audit Reports.
Coordinating External, Customer, and Certification Audits.
Identification of Non-Conformities (NCs), Root Cause Analysis, and monitoring of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
Organizing Management Review Meetings (MRMs) and monitoring Action Points.
Ensuring ISO compliance across all departments.
Providing training to employees on the Quality System, SOPs, and ISO Standards.
Monitor Process Performance and Quality KPIs.
Support the resolution of Customer Complaints, Process Deviations, and Quality Issues.
Promote Continuous Improvement Projects (Kaizen, 5S, Lean, etc.).
Monitor Calibration, Document Control, and the Record Retention System.
Ensure compliance with Regulatory and Customer Requirements.
Educational Qualification
B.Tech / B.E. (Mechanical, Production, Industrial या संबंधित शाखा) या B.Sc./M.Sc. के साथ Quality Management का अनुभव।
ISO 9001 Internal Auditor/Lead Auditor Certification वांछनीय।
Experience Minimum 7yrs of Manufacturing Industry require
Required SkillsDeep knowledge of ISO 9001 Standards.
Internal & External Audit Management.
Documentation and Document Control.
Root Cause Analysis (5 Why, Fishbone, etc.).
CAPA Management.
Strong Communication and Team Coordination.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
ISO Audit Compliance.
Internal Audit Closure Rate.
CAPA Closure within Timeline.
Documentation Accuracy.
Customer Complaint Reduction.
Process Compliance.
Continuous Improvement Initiatives Completed.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
