About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Human Resource Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll processing, statutory compliance, employee engagement, HR operations, and performance management. The candidate should be capable of handling the complete employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar, white-collar, and managerial positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, consultants, social media, employee referrals, and campus hiring.
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, coordinate technical interviews, and negotiate salary.
- Ensure timely closure of manpower requirements.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and candidate database.
Employee Onboarding & HR Operations
- Complete joining formalities and employee documentation.
- Conduct induction and orientation programs.
- Create and maintain employee personal files and HRIS records.
- Issue appointment letters, confirmation letters, increment letters, transfer letters, warning letters, experience letters, and relieving letters.
- Manage probation confirmation and employee lifecycle documentation.
Payroll & Attendance Management
- Process monthly payroll with accuracy and within timelines.
- Verify attendance, leave records, overtime, incentives, and deductions.
- Generate salary slips and assist in Full & Final Settlement.
- Coordinate with Finance for payroll processing and statutory deductions.
- Maintain payroll records and reports.
Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with EPF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Bonus, Gratuity, and Minimum Wages regulations.
- Maintain statutory registers and records as per labour laws.
- Coordinate labour inspections and statutory audits.
- Ensure compliance with the Factories Act and applicable labour legislation.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and welfare initiatives.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends.
- Promote a positive and productive work environment.
Performance Management
- Coordinate probation reviews and annual performance appraisals.
- Track KRAs and KPIs of employees.
- Maintain appraisal records and support increment and promotion processes.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs in coordination with department heads.
- Organize induction, technical, behavioural, GMP, hygiene, and safety training programs.
- Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.
HR MIS & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports.
- Generate reports related to recruitment, payroll, attendance, attrition, manpower, compliance, and employee engagement.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and dashboards.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
