Duties and Responsibilities:

Installing, configuring, and updating servers, workstations, networks and computer systems.
- Managing AD access permissions and security measures.
- Maintaining and troubleshooting system, network connectivity, email, network printers and other services.
- Backing up data and implementing disaster recovery systems and policies.
- Provide technical support and assistance to in-house staff.
Maintaining the CCTV and door access systems.

Skills Required:

Strong English communication skills.

Knowledge of basic hardware troubleshooting. Windows OS installations.

MS Active Directory knowledge, dhcp, dns.
- Printer Installation and Troubleshooting.

Knowledge of Cisco Router/Switches Configuration along with CCNA preferable.

Outlook Configurations.
Knowledge of working with and configuring Firewall Devices preferable.

Experience Required:
Minimum 2 years of experience in hardware / software networking & troubleshooting.
Educational Qualifications Required:

Graduate in Computer Science or IT Engineering fields preferred.
- Graduate in other field of studies with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
