Job Title: Product Development Engineer (Diploma Mechanical)

Role Objective
To support product development and production activities through hands-on execution in assembly, basic machine operations, and quality checks, while learning end-to-end product build processes under senior guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop new products and improve existing products.
- Prepare and modify 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD.
- Prepare BOMs, technical drawings, and product documentation.
- Develop prototypes and conduct product testing and validation.
- Identify design issues and implement effective solutions.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, Service, and R&D teams.
- Analyze customer/service feedback and implement product improvements.
- Support cost reduction, quality improvement, and product reliability initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and engineering drawings.
- Good understanding of product development and manufacturing processes.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of BOM preparation and technical documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Hands-on experience in industrial machinery/product development will be preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,302.61 - ₹20,689.16 per month
