Eligibility
Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in any Engineering discipline
Freshers are welcome to apply
Good communication skills (English & Kannada preferred)
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with customers regarding orders and enquiries
Provide timely updates on order status and deliveries
Work closely with the Production, Purchase, and Dispatch teams
Prepare customer reports and maintain records
Ensure prompt resolution of customer queries
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Pay: ₹14,000.00 per month
