Job Responsibilities:
- Recruitment, staff hiring, labour onboarding and manpower planning.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate joining formalities.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee records, labour records, attendance and leave management.
- Handle payroll coordination, labour wages, PF, ESIC and statutory compliances.
- Manage labour contractors and site manpower deployment.
- Conduct employee induction, orientation and policy awareness programs.
- Create and maintain employee files, Aadhaar, PAN and bank records.
- Manage company assets, ID cards, email creation and access permissions.
- Maintain PPE records and coordinate safety compliance documentation.
- Organize employee engagement activities, welfare programs and company events.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
- Manage exit formalities, asset recovery, final settlement and relieving letters.
- Prepare HR MIS, attendance, manpower and compliance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws and statutory requirements.
Requirements:
- Graduate in HR, Business Administration or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR & Admin functions.
- Knowledge of labour laws, PF, ESIC and payroll processing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and HR documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Candidates with prior experience in an Architecture Firm, Interior Design Firm, Construction Company, Real Estate Company, or Project Management Consultancy (PMC) will be preferred.
- Experience in handling site manpower, labour compliance and project-based workforce management is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
