Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns efficiently
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Update customer records in CRM systems
- Follow company guidelines and quality standards
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Good listening and problem-solving ability
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentFlexible to work in night shifts (US/UK/Australian shifts)
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
- Prior BPO/Customer Support experience is a plus
