We support clients ranging from global consultancies through to enterprise organisations delivering major technology transformation programmes. Due to continued growth, we are now expanding our Ahmedabad delivery team and are seeking experienced Recruitment Consultants / Resource Consultants to join the business. The Opportunity This role is focused on candidate sourcing, talent delivery, and recruitment support for international technology vacancies. Unlike a traditional 360 recruitment role, this position will primarily focus on identifying, engaging and managing candidates for existing client requirements rather than business development and client acquisition. You will work closely with senior recruiters and leadership teams supporting international hiring projects across technologies including SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Cloud, Data and Digital Transformation. Key Responsibilities • Source and headhunt candidates for live technology vacancies • Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and CRM databases • Screen and qualify technical candidates • Coordinate interviews and candidate communications • Maintain accurate CRM and recruitment records • Generate recruitment market intelligence and candidate leads • Build strong candidate relationships within niche technology markets • Support delivery across permanent and contract recruitment assignments Essential Requirements • Minimum 3 years of IT / Technology recruitment experience • Experience recruiting within UK, European, EMEA or US markets • Strong sourcing and headhunting experience • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills • Self-motivated and target-oriented approach • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills • Based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat • Comfortable working from office 4–5 days per week Preferred Experience • Experience recruiting within SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Cloud, Data or Digital markets • Experience recruiting for permanent technology vacancies • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment CRM systems • Ability to identify and engage passive candidates What We Offer • Competitive basic salary + uncapped incentives • International recruitment exposure • Opportunity to work with global clients and projects • Structured training and career development • Entrepreneurial and supportive working culture • Long-term progression opportunities within a growing business • Exposure to large-scale ERP and Digital Transformation programmes If you are passionate about technology recruitment and want to join a growing international recruitment business with strong career progression opportunities, we would love to hear from you.
