Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for multiple sectors.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and campus drives.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessments.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.
- Coordinate campus hiring and bulk hiring activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, hospitals, and industry professionals.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of recruitment experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
- Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
