- Handle buyer communication and order follow-ups
- Coordinate with production, sampling, and planning teams
- Ensure timely execution of orders from development to shipment
- Monitor order status, timelines, and quality
- Work closely with fabric team and suppliers
- Check and follow up on fabric sourcing, quality, and availability
- Maintain proper documentation and reports
