Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Sitecore professional to drive the development and delivery of AI-enabled digital experience solutions. The role involves leading offshore teams, defining technical architecture, and ensuring scalable, high-performance Sitecore implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Sitecore (XP/XM/Headless) development and delivery.
- Define architecture and ensure best practices (Helix, modular design).
- Collaborate with onshore teams, UX, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Drive AI-based personalization and digital content experience initiatives.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and code quality.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Sitecore XP/XM, Headless, and SXA.
- Expertise in .NET / C# / ASP.NET MVC.
- Experience with Sitecore JSS and Headless architecture.
- Exposure to Azure and CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with API integrations and third-party systems.
Good to Have:
- Experience with AI-driven personalization/recommendation solutions.
- Exposure to React / Next.js.
