We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager to drive our B2B product sales. In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for identifying high-value prospects, building strategic relationships, and closing profitable deals. This is a field-heavy role that requires you to be on the road, meeting decision-makers face-to-face to demonstrate the value of our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify, qualify, and pursue new B2B sales leads through cold calling, networking, and industry research.
- Client Visits & Presentations: Conduct regular on-site visits to client locations to present product demos, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers (C-Level, Procurement Heads, and Operations Managers).
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage your entire sales pipeline from lead generation to contract signing using our CRM.
- Market Intelligence: Gather competitive insights, monitor market trends, and relay client feedback to the product development team.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and revenue targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 1-3 years of proven B2B product sales experience.
- Travel Readiness: Ability and willingness to travel frequently for on-site client meetings, trade shows, and networking events.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal, written, and face-to-face communication/negotiation skills.
- Business Acumen: Strong ability to understand complex client needs and map them to our product solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
