experience in real estate calling.
Your primary objective will be:
Calling leads and converting them into confirmed office visits.
Freshers are strictly not allowed.
Key Responsibilities (KRA - Key Result Areas)
* Lead Calling & Follow-up
* Call assigned property leads daily.
* Handle buyer objections confidently.
* Maintain structured follow-up system.
* Convert minimum target number of leads into confirmed office appointments.
* Ensure visit confirmation through call and
WhatsApp follow-up.
* Understand buyer requirement (budget, location, loan eligibility).
* Align prospects with available inventory.
* Coordinate smoothly with management
* Handle buyer objections confidently.
* Maintain structured follow-up system.
