As a Territory Manager - Projects (Sales) at NEDS, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and establishing strong customer relationships. Your primary focus will be on managing and expanding our presence in the Builder and Contractor Segment, utilizing your expertise in project sales management and channel management. You will be a key contributor to our L7 - IN - LEGRAND - Sales department, working closely with our team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Manage and develop sales strategies for the Builder and Contractor Segment, targeting new and existing customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the industry, including builders, contractors, and developers.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, conducting market research and analysis to stay ahead of the competition.

Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute effective sales plans, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies.

Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns targeting the Builder and Contractor Segment.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent NEDS and build brand awareness.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the electrical or digital systems industry.

Proven track record of successful sales management and customer relationship building.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
