Leadership & Team Management – Work closely with counsellors, sales teams, and branch managers to streamline the application process.
Strategic Planning & Execution – Assist in developing intake plans, promotional strategies, and initiatives to enhance student recruitment.
Sales & Business Development – Support lead conversion by providing accurate and updated information on universities, courses, and admission requirements.
Reporting & Data Analysis – Maintain and analyze reports on applications, payments, and student progress.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management – Coordinate with universities, agents, and vendors to ensure smooth communication and operations.
Problem-Solving & Crisis Management – Address any escalations related to applications, documentation, or student concerns.
Requirements:
Experience: 2-3 years in study abroad consulting, education management, or a related field.
Education: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a relevant discipline.
Skills: Leadership, strategic thinking, sales acumen, data analysis, stakeholder management, and problem-solving.
Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel for university tie-ups and meetings if required.
