Invoicing & Billing
Prepare and process Sales Orders and Invoices accurately and efficiently
Generate and manage job work documents, E-way bills, delivery challans, and other
transportation-related documentation
Ensure timely billing and coordinate effectively with internal departments
Documentation & Record Keeping
Maintain proper records of orders, invoices, and shipment documents
Track and follow up for Proof of Export documents and SEZ sales certificates
Ensure all financial and compliance-related documents are systematically filed and accessible
Tax Compliance & Reporting
Assist in preparation and maintenance of annexures for GST returns
Support timely filing of GST returns and related compliance
Reconcile data and ensure accuracy in tax-related reports
Key Skills & Competencies
Proficiency in Tally ERP
Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel)
Understanding of GST regulations and basic accounting principles
Good organizational and documentation skills
Experience in handling export documentation and SEZ transactions
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Good communication and follow-up skills
Experience & Specific Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance Preferred Location: Candidates based in Bangalore are preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
