Key responsibilities & learnings -
Work & learn how to manage supply chain & logistics for hydroponic produce, ensuring optimum cold chain packaging for minimal wastage and timely deliveries. - Learn how to procure high-quality produce by liaising with farmers and suppliers; handle price negotiations and contracts. -
Learn how to build and maintain strong client relationships; manage key accounts and resolve operational challenges.
Learn to identify new opportunities and support business expansion initiatives. - Prepare and maintain regular reports on procurement and material supplied to our clients
What We’re Looking For -
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture (preferably currently in 4th year of their degree) or any recent B. sc. Ag. (Hons.) graduates.
Region preference:
Preferably from Anand/Ahmedabad (for Gujarat) - Good communication knowledge and management skills. - Fluency in Hindi, English, Gujarati (will be prioritized).
Proficiency in MS Office. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel as required
Earn a valuable certification in the rapidly growing F&V exotic business.
