Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales and client interaction, and the ability to identify business opportunities. Candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience are preferred; however, freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Explain company services and handle client inquiries professionally.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer databases.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client communication.
- Support sales and marketing activities to achieve business targets.
- Prepare reports and maintain records of business development activities.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and client handling.
- Ability to negotiate and build client relationships.
- Familiarity with MS Office and online communication tools.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
- Good time management and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- Prior internship or experience in sales/business development will be an added advantage.
