Fleet Personnel Executive
Location: Kochi, Kerala
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fleet Personnel Executive to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have a marine background and possess strong knowledge of crew management, vessel operations, ISM documentation, and seafarer documentation. Freshers with relevant marine qualifications are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate crew management and vessel personnel operations.
- Monitor day-to-day vessel operations and provide operational support as required.
- Maintain and update ISM (International Safety Management) documentation and ensure compliance with company and statutory requirements.
- Manage seafarer documentation, certifications, and compliance requirements.
- Assist with crew changes, travel arrangements, and deployment processes.
- Maintain personnel records and ensure compliance with maritime regulations.
- Coordinate with vessels, clients, and crew members regarding operational requirements.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and welfare of seafarers.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records related to vessel and crew activities.
Requirements
- B.Sc. Nautical Science or Degree in a Marine-related discipline (preferred).
- Marine background is mandatory.
- Experience in crew management, vessel operations, ISM documentation, and seafarer documentation is preferred.
- Ex-seafarers such as Fourth Engineers, or candidates with relevant marine operational experience are encouraged to apply.
- Good knowledge of marine certifications, crew changes, maritime regulations, and ISM requirements.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and documentation management.
- Freshers with relevant marine qualifications may also apply.
