Job Title: Collection Telecaller
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Collection Telecaller responsible for contacting customers to follow up on pending payments and ensuring timely collections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers for payment follow-up
- Remind customers about overdue payments
- Handle customer queries related to dues
- Maintain call records and update system
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass / Any Graduate
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Experience in collection process preferred (Freshers can apply)
Skills:
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle pressure and targets
- Good communication (English + local language)
