Job Description
We are looking for experienced Project Managers to oversee turnkey interior fit-out projects for data centres. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, site execution experience, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage turnkey interior fit-out projects from initiation to handover.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, and project costs.
- Supervise site activities and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Handle billing, documentation, and project reporting.
- Ensure projects are completed within timelines and budget.
- Conduct final inspections and manage project handover.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Experience in turnkey interior fit-out projects is mandatory.
- Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to relocate anywhere in India based on project requirements.
