1. Sales Operations Support
- Coordinate daily sales activities between sales executives and management.
- Track enquiries, test rides, bookings, and deliveries.
- Ensure timely updating of sales data in DMS / CRM systems.
- Maintain vehicle stock records and communicate with the main store for vehicle availability.
2. Customer Handling & Documentation
- Support sales team in documentation for booking, finance, insurance, and registration.
- Ensure all delivery documents and customer forms are properly filed and submitted.
- Follow up with customers for pending documents or payments.
- Assist in smooth customer delivery experience (handover coordination, gift items, photos, etc.).
3. Communication & Coordination
- Act as the point of contact between branch, head office, and various departments (accounts, service, and RTO).
- Communicate daily updates on sales performance and targets to the branch head / sales manager.
- Coordinate with finance and insurance partners for approvals and status updates.
4. Reporting & MIS
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor enquiry conversion ratios and highlight gaps to the sales manager.
- Maintain records of cancelled, deferred, and lost cases for review.
5. Target Monitoring & Follow-ups
- Support sales executives in achieving their monthly targets by tracking progress.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and approvals.
- Assist in planning local campaigns and enquiry generation activities.
6. Branch Administration (Sales-related)
- Ensure sales area display vehicles are maintained in proper condition.
- Coordinate with marketing for promotional materials and branding.
- Maintain files, records, and stationary related to sales operations.
