Maintenance Executive

Position Overview
Arora Engineering Works is looking for a skilled and responsible Maintenance Engineer / Maintenance Executive
to handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery and equipment used in fabrication and machine
shop operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance, PLC
troubleshooting, CNC machines, laser cutting machines, compressors, and utility equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
- Maintain CNC machines, VMC machines, lathe machines, MIG welding machines, and laser cutting machines.
- Handle PLC troubleshooting and electrical panel maintenance.
- Monitor machine performance and reduce machine downtime.
- Inspect and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Coordinate with production teams for smooth machine operations.
- Maintain daily maintenance reports and machine history records.
- Ensure proper lubrication and upkeep of machines.
- Identify root causes of machine failures and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain utility equipment such as compressors, DG sets, and air lines.
- Ensure workplace safety standards during maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with vendors for spare parts and service requirements.
- Support installation and commissioning of new machines.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of PLC systems and electrical troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with CNC and laser cutting machines.
- Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance planning.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent breakdowns.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
- ITI candidates with strong maintenance experience can also apply.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in mechanical manufacturing, fabrication, or machine shop industry preferred.
Salary
- Salary will be offered as per experience and interview performance.
