We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Sales Intern to join our growing team at TestUnity. This internship offers hands-on exposure to B2B sales, lead generation, client engagement, and IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients and target markets
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online platforms
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations
- Assist in preparing sales proposals and presentations
- Maintain customer records in CRM systems
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients
- Support market research and competitor analysis
- Track sales activities and performance metrics
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of IT products, software, or technology services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
Preferred:
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM
- Experience with lead generation or customer outreach
- Basic knowledge of cloud computing or software solutions
