Unique Fluid Controls is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive – Inside Sales to support business growth through effective lead generation, customer engagement, and sales closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through inbound and outbound marketing activities
- Perform cold calling and hot calling to potential customers
- Handle customer enquiries and qualify leads assigned by the company
- Explain product features, pricing, and business benefits to customers
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals successfully
- Maintain customer data and follow-up status in CRM/Excel sheets
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with technical and service teams for smooth order execution
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or B2B marketing preferred
- Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently
- Good negotiation and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
- Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in machinery, manufacturing, or industrial sales is an advantage
- Ability to handle local and international customer calls
- Kannada/English/Hindi language skills will be an added advantage
