A reputed Leather Goods & Garments Manufacturing Company located in Sector 64 Noida is urgently looking for an experienced Compliance Officer to join its team.
Location: Sector 64, Noida, UP
Office Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Experience: Minimum 5 years in compliance management within the garments, footwear, textile, or manufacturing industry
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Higg FEM\FSLM, amfori BEPI\BSCI, and SEDEX SMETA (4-Pillar) compliance requirements.
- Oversee environmental compliance, chemical management, carbon footprint assessment, and sustainability initiatives.
- Prepare for compliance audits, maintain documentation, implement Corrective Action Plans (CAPs), and ensure statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors, certification bodies, consultants, and internal departments.
- Manage compliance portals, data submissions, and customer-specific compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Higg FEM/FSLM, amfori BEPI/BSCI, and SEDEX portals.
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, ESG principles, sustainability, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple compliance activities effectively.
