Role Summary
We are looking for a highly curious and driven Developer who is eager to build, improve, and innovate within our R&D team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in application development, database handling, debugging, and performance optimization, along with exposure to technologies like ASP.NET, .NET, MSSQL, and MySQL. The individual will work closely with the team to deliver reliable, scalable, and high-quality software solutions while continuously learning and contributing to product enhancement. This role also offers strong growth opportunities, allowing the candidate to deepen technical expertise, take on greater development ownership, and evolve within the organization as part of our long-term innovation journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using Windows / ASP.NET / .NET /
- Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures in MSSQL and MySQL.
- Debug, test, and troubleshoot applications to ensure smooth functionality and quality delivery.
- Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
- Use GitHub Copilot and other AI-assisted tools in Visual Studio to improve coding efficiency and code quality.
- Follow coding standards, best practices, and proper documentation guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills Required
- Good development knowledge of Windows / ASP.NET / .NET.
- Strong knowledge of SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Hands-on experience with MSSQL and MySQL.
- Ability to debug, test, and troubleshoot applications.
- Understanding of application performance, security, and scalability.
- Familiarity with Visual Studio and AI-assisted coding tools like GitHub Copilot.
- Good understanding of coding standards and documentation practices.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Eligibility Criteria Fresher / Any graduate- BSC IT/CS, B.E., BCA, B.COM, BAF or MCA with relevant software development experience in .NET, SQL, and related technologies. Good communication and basic domain understanding preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
