Senior Sales Executive – Real Estate
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience and qualifications)
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Senior Sales Executive to join our sales team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide customers through the property buying process while achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with prospective customers through company-provided leads and self-generated referrals.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or investment properties.
- Conduct client meetings and property site visits.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Negotiate and assist customers throughout the sales process until deal closure.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Stay updated on project details, pricing, and market trends.
Eligibility
- 1–5 years of experience in sales (experience in real estate is preferred).
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build customer relationships and close sales.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Hindi is required. Gujarati language proficiency will be an added advantage.
