Role Overview
We are looking for a versatile Graphic Designer with strong visual instincts and fast execution
capabilities to produce brand, marketing, and campaign collateral across digital and print. You will
work across thumbnail design, social media creatives, ad assets, packaging, brochures, and design
systems maintaining premium visual standards and brand consistency while supporting an AIintegrated
creative workflow.
Requirements
- Fresher or 1+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,
Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDraw).
- Solid design fundamentals: typography, color theory, layout, hierarchy, and composition
- Experience working with Canva Pro for rapid social media and templated asset production
- Familiarity with AI image generation tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Ideogram, Flux)
for concepting and production
- Ability to execute at high speed while maintaining visual quality and brand alignment
- Understanding of digital platform specs (Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads) and print-ready
file preparation
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-converting YouTube thumbnails, social media creatives, digital ad banners,
and campaign visuals
- Produce print-ready materials including brochures, posters, flyers, and product packaging
- Develop scalable design systems, brand templates, and creative guidelines for consistent
visual execution
- Collaborate with the performance marketing team to design and iterate ad creatives for A/B
testing
- Maintain and evolve visual brand consistency across all touchpoints for internal brands and
clients
- Work with content and video teams to produce motion-ready assets and social media
graphics
- Use AI image generation tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Ideogram) to accelerate creative
concepting and asset production
- Manage multiple design briefs simultaneously and deliver to tight deadlines without
compromising quality
