We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused, and result-driven Telesales Executives to support our business growth by generating leads, converting inquiries into sales, and building strong customer relationships.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and confident Telesales Executive who can effectively manage customer interactions, generate and convert leads, conduct regular follow-ups, and support the sales team in achieving business targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong persuasion abilities, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Convert inquiries and leads into sales opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team for quotations and order processing.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with potential customers to maximize conversions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities.
- Prepare daily call reports and update lead status.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
- Address customer queries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Support sales and marketing initiatives to generate new business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, and sales targets.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, convincing, and negotiation abilities.
- Effective customer handling and follow-up capabilities.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or calling software.
- Strong coordination, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.
Qualifications & Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or sales closing roles.
- Experience in the steel, construction, manufacturing, industrial, or building materials sector will be an added advantage.
