Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Ensure execution of civil and structural works in accordance with quality standards and engineering practices.
- Monitor construction progress and report daily, weekly, and monthly updates to management.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work within budget and schedule.
- Conduct regular inspections of construction activities to ensure compliance with approved quality standards.
- Verify material quality, workmanship, and construction methodologies.
- Ensure proper implementation of quality assurance and quality control procedures.
- Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings before execution.
- Coordinate with MEP teams to avoid clashes and ensure smooth integration of services.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Track material requirements and coordinate with procurement teams.
- Ensure compliance with site safety policies, procedures, and statutory regulations.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and toolbox talks.
- Verify contractor work quantities and prepare measurement sheets.
- Assist in preparation and certification of contractor bills.
- Maintain site records, daily progress reports, work permits, and inspection reports.
- Prepare and submit project status reports to management.
- Maintain as-built records and support project handover documentation.
- Ensure proper filing of drawings, approvals, and technical documents.
- Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, and client representatives.
- Attend site meetings and implement decisions effectively.
- Resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with senior management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in high-rise residential/commercial real estate projects.
- Experience in Mivan Shuttering RCC structures, finishing works, and site coordination.
- Knowledge of construction methodologies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
