Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee branch operations and ensure business growth
- Manage and lead the branch team effectively
- Achieve targets for loan disbursement and collections
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree
- Experience: At least 3 years in Microfinance
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Microfinance sector
- Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
- Good knowledge of local market
