Job Summary
We are looking for skilled SAP ABAP Consultants with 2–18 years of experience to join our growing team across India. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP ABAP development, enhancements, reports, interfaces, forms, and workflows, along with experience working on SAP implementation, support, or migration projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and support SAP ABAP applications and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEFW).
- Create and optimize ALV Reports, SmartForms, SAP Scripts, Adobe Forms, and OData services.
- Work on enhancements using User Exits, Customer Exits, BAdIs, and Enhancement Framework.
- Develop and support RFCs, BAPIs, IDocs, ALE, and Web Services integrations.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, performance tuning, and issue resolution.
- Prepare technical design documents and support project delivery activities.
- Participate in implementation, rollout, upgrade, migration, and support projects.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.
- Expertise in Reports, Dialog Programming, Data Dictionary, Modularization Techniques, and Object-Oriented ABAP.
- Experience with SmartForms, SAP Scripts, Adobe Forms, ALV Reports, and Enhancements.
- Knowledge of Interfaces including RFC, BAPI, IDoc, ALE, and Web Services.
- Experience in debugging and performance optimization.
- Understanding of SAP functional modules such as SD, MM, FI, CO, PP, or HR.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, CDS Views, AMDP, OData, and Fiori integrations.
- Exposure to SAP BTP and RAP framework.
- Experience in end-to-end implementation projects.
- SAP certification is an added advantage.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2–18 years of relevant SAP ABAP experience.
- Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
