Job Description
To achieve the sales targets by engaging with the customers, explaining the offerings from the brand, assists them in choosing the desired product and completing the delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Monitor inquiries, bookings, and vehicle retail.
- Assign and follow up on sales leads.
- Coach team members on sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Support customers and resolve escalations.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, and Delivery teams.
- Ensure CRM updates and Toyota sales process compliance.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
Job Requirements
Education - Graduate/Diploma
Relevant Experience - Fresher with excellent communication skills & IQ or 2-3 years Automobile experience preferred.
1–2 years of team handling experience preferred..
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
