We are looking for a highly creative and organized Creative Manager – Video Production to lead the ideation, planning, and execution of compelling video content. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of visual storytelling, production workflows, and digital content trends, with the ability to manage creative projects from concept to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts, scripts, and storyboards for brand campaigns, advertisements, social media, and corporate videos.
- Lead end-to-end video production, including pre-production, production, and post-production.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, content, and product teams to create engaging visual content aligned with business objectives.
- Manage production schedules, budgets, vendors, freelancers, and internal creative teams.
- Direct shoots, oversee editing, motion graphics, color grading, and sound design to ensure high-quality output.
- Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and creative standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and social media content formats.
- Review and approve creative deliverables while maintaining consistency and quality.
- Optimize creative workflows to improve efficiency and project turnaround times.
- Analyze video performance metrics and incorporate insights into future creative strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Film Production, Media, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in creative or video production, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing commercial, digital, or brand video projects.
- Experience managing multiple creative projects simultaneously.
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of production planning, lighting, cinematography, and post-production processes.
- Strong understanding of UGC advertising, performance marketing, and social media content.
- Total Experience 4- 7 years
