Job Requirements
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Brand Manager to lead the positioning, growth, and storytelling of our upcoming luxury watch brand. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior, brand building, and premium retail ecosystems, with a proven track record of managing high-end brands.
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and execute long-term brand strategies aligned with global luxury trends.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual identity, and positioning across all touchpoints.
- Strengthen brand equity and ensure differentiation in a competitive luxury market.
Marketing & Campaign Management
- Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, PR).
- Lead product launch strategies for new collections and limited editions.
- Collaborate with creative agencies to deliver aspirational and premium content.
Retail & Consumer Experience
- Drive in-store brand experience standards across boutiques and retail partners.
- Work closely with merchandising and sales teams to enhance customer journey.
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with global brand guidelines.
Digital & CRM Strategy
- Oversee digital presence including website, social media, and e-commerce.
- Leverage CRM tools to build customer loyalty and high-value client engagement.
- Monitor customer insights and translate them into targeted brand initiatives.
Market Analysis & Performance Tracking
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior in luxury segments.
- Track campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI to optimize strategies.
- Provide regular reports and actionable insights to leadership.
Partnerships & Events
- Identify and manage brand collaborations, ambassadors, and influencer partnerships.
- Plan and execute exclusive events, exhibitions, and client experiences.
- Build relationships with media, luxury networks, and industry stakeholders.

Work Experience
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in: Luxury watches, fashion, jewelry, or premium lifestyle brands.
- Proven experience in launching and scaling luxury products.
- Experience working with retail networks, boutiques, or global luxury brands.
- MBA preferably majored in Communications /Brand Management.
