Key Roles & Responsibilities:
· Preparation of detailed bill of quantities (BOQ) based on MEP drawings and designs.
· Reviewing detailed BOQ prepared by consultant for each contract package (MEP)
· Preparation and finalization of budgets at different stages
· Checking monthly bills & certification of vendors/ contractors /Consultants with reconciliation of free issue materials
· Mapping % completion based on cost incurred and based on Physical progress.
· Estimation of cost to completion.
· Preparing monthly cost report.
· Pricing BOQ with providing Rate analysis as per Market rates.
· Reviewing and commenting on tender document & contract documents.
· Attending pre bid meetings, tender negotiation meetings. Participation in awarding of contracts.
· Participation in Financial close out of project.
Desired Profile:
· B.E/ B.Tech (Electrical Preferred / Mechanical)
0 - 1 Year of experience in Project Costing/ Budgeting
The candidate should have independently handled projects across different asset classes and should have understanding of MEP budgeting, Cost estimation & analysis, schedule preparation & analysis, BOQ knowledge, cash flow, etc.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
