- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally.
- Record customer interactions and update CRM/software systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Assist customers with orders, appointments, payments, and service requests.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
