Experience Level : 4-7 Years
1) Roles & Responsibilities Drive end-to-end employee engagement programs including events, surveys, and wellness initiatives.
2)Conduct pulse surveys and analyze insights to create actionable engagement plans. Manage internal communication channels such as newsletters and leadership connect sessions.
3)Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals. performance discussions, and team development.
4)Conduct investigations for employee relations issues and ensure policy compliance. Execute performance management cycles and coach managers on goal setting and feedback.
5)Oversee HR metrics such as attrition, headcount, and engagement scores for business reviews. Skills & Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High emotional intelligence and relationship-building ability. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret HR data.
6)Problem-solving capability with sound judgement. Ability to manage multiple engagement initiatives efficiently.
Pay: ₹391,817.60 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
