Junior Architect (1–2 Years Experience)
Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Architect with 1–2 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sensibility, excellent technical skills, and the ability to contribute to projects from concept development through execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural and interior design concepts.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation using AutoCAD.
- Create 3D models and presentation visuals using SketchUp and rendering software.
- Assist in design development, material selection, and coordination with consultants and vendors.
- Participate in site visits, monitor project progress, and coordinate with contractors to ensure design intent is executed accurately.
- Handle multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in architectural and interior design projects.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Working knowledge of rendering software such as V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, D5 Render etc..,.
- Good understanding of interior detailing, materials, and construction practices.
- Ability to take ownership of projects from conceptual design to execution.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites and handle site coordination when required.

- Good presentation and visualization skills.
