Key Responsibilities:
- Build, deploy, and maintain AI agents and agentic workflows.
- Develop end-to-end applications including frontend, backend, and AI components.
- Design and implement RAG systems, knowledge graphs, and LLM-powered solutions.
- Fine-tune open-source and proprietary language models when required.
- Implement agent observability, monitoring, and evaluation frameworks.
- Write automated tests and ensure code quality through proper testing practices.
- Manage deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and production environments.
- Collaborate using Git-based development workflows.
- Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Python or TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar AI-assisted development tools.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Google ADK, or similar agent frameworks.
- Good understanding of LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, embeddings, vector databases, and knowledge graphs.
- Experience building and consuming APIs.
- Frontend and backend development experience.
- Knowledge of Docker and deployment workflows.
- Experience with MongoDB, MySQL, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Familiarity with test frameworks and writing test cases independently.
- Strong understanding of Git and software development best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience deploying AI applications to cloud environments.
- Experience with agent evaluation, observability, and production monitoring.
- Experience building multi-agent systems and enterprise AI solutions.
