Job Overview
We are looking for a responsible and target-oriented Production Incharge to manage daily operations at our bag manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, workforce management, quality control, and timely order completion.
Key Responsibilities:
-Handle daily production planning and scheduling
-Manage workers and production lines efficiently
-Ensure production quality standards are maintained
-Complete orders within committed timelines
-Coordinate between cutting, stitching, printing, and packing departments
-Monitor production flow and solve operational issues
-Maintain discipline, productivity, and smooth workflow in the unit
Requirements
-Experience in manufacturing or production operations
-Strong manpower handling and team management skills
-Ability to work under targets and deadlines
-Basic knowledge of Excel preferred
-Responsible, hardworking, and organized personality
-Preferred Experience
-Experience in cotton bag or non-woven bag manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
