Job Summary
We are looking for passionate, qualified, and dedicated TGT Teachers to teach students of Classes VI to X. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to inspire students through innovative teaching methods.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-based lessons.
Teach the assigned subject(s) effectively for Classes VI–X.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
Monitor students' academic progress and provide timely feedback.
Conduct periodic tests, evaluate answer scripts, and maintain academic records.
Use technology and interactive teaching methods to enhance learning.
Create a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment.
Identify students requiring additional support and provide remedial instruction.
Participate in school activities, assemblies, examinations, parent-teacher meetings, and staff meetings.
Collaborate with colleagues to improve academic standards.
Maintain classroom discipline and ensure student safety.
Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and curriculum changes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in the relevant subject.
B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English; additional regional language proficiency is an advantage.
Computer literacy and familiarity with smart classroom technology.
