Job Description: Back Office Executive
Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai
Job Type: Full Time
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Education: SSC or HSC Pass Out
Job Summary
We are seeking a Back Office Executive to handle day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks that support the smooth functioning of office operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data entry, documentation, and coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle data entry, documentation, and record maintenance
- Manage and organize files, both physical and digital
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records
- Handle basic MS Office tasks (Word, Excel, Email)
- Assist in day-to-day administrative activities
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Support the team with clerical and back-end office work
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
Required Skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office - Word, Excel)
- Good typing speed
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Willingness to learn and take up responsibilities
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: SSC or HSC Pass Out
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Should be based in or able to commute to CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai
