Responsibilities:
- Plan and achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Develop new customers (wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets, online buyers).
- Manage and support the sales team.
- Visit markets regularly and study competitors.
- Negotiate with clients and close sales deals.
- Build good relationships with distributors and key customers.
- Ensure timely collection of payments.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
