Position Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, counseling prospective investors, conducting sales presentations, and converting inquiries into successful investments. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through various sales channels.
- Contact prospective clients and explain Fraction Realty's investment offerings.
- Conduct telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face sales meetings.
- Understand client investment requirements and recommend suitable opportunities.
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM software.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with investors.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
- Stay updated on market trends and real estate investment opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer relationship management.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Real Estate, BFSI, Insurance, Investment Advisory, Tele-Sales, or B2B/B2C Sales.
- Strong presentation and convincing skills.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management systems.

Salary: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹3.5 LPA + Attractive Performance Incentives
