About the Role
We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating intuitive, user-centered experiences and capable of transforming complex requirements into elegant, scalable design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete design lifecycle, including user research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and final UI design.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to drive informed design decisions.
- Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Design and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and style guides.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation and seamless user experiences.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and clients.
- Mentor junior and mid-level designers through reviews and guidance.
- Ensure designs adhere to accessibility standards (WCAG) and industry best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design projects across web and mobile platforms.
- Expert proficiency in Figma (Adobe XD or Sketch experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design principles.
- Experience building and maintaining design systems.
- Familiarity with responsive design and accessibility standards.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end development constraints.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with SaaS, enterprise, or product-based applications.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience collaborating with React, Angular, or similar front-end development teams.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
