Job Summary
Zayraa Gold and Diamonds is looking for a confident, customer-focused, and enthusiastic Jewellery Sales Executive to join our team in Chalakudy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their jewellery requirements and providing personalized product recommendations while delivering an excellent showroom experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer preferences, requirements, and budget.
- Recommend suitable gold and diamond jewellery based on customer needs.
- Explain product specifications, designs, pricing, offers, and other relevant details.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent after-sales service.
- Maintain attractive product displays and showroom standards.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to generate repeat business.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Pleasant, confident, and professional personality.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Interest in jewellery, fashion, and retail sales.
- Previous experience in jewellery or retail sales is a bonus.
