Job Overview
AirLynx Eagle Travel is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of international flight bookings, holiday packages, and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with international and domestic flight bookings.
- Sell and customise holiday packages based on customer requirements.
- Provide accurate travel information, fare options, and itinerary planning.
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Maintain excellent customer service before and after booking.
- Work with airline and travel booking systems (knowledge of GDS is an advantage).
Requirements
- Previous experience in the travel industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of international flight bookings and holiday packages.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi/Punjabi.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn booking systems.
- Sales experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or other GDS systems.
- Knowledge of tourist visas and travel insurance.
- Strong sales and customer handling skills.
